Transform Diabetes:
Foot Care Box

OVERVIEW: Aetna Health Care has always found new ways to transform healthcare. With their new initiative to transform diabetes, at risk members with severe diabetes and as a result, foot issues will receive this Foot Care Box.

This conceptual work takes a vibrant, fun approach to bring some joy to a potentially severe situation. The box would include product to help with foot care as well as an informational booklet.

ROLE: As a designer on this project, I executed design based on a concept brought forth from my Creative Director. Executing the design of the box and internal booklet, and working with the printer/vendor to make sure this piece would be printed correctly.
