OVERVIEW: Aetna Medicare Sales Teams get together multiple times a year for different conferences such as: National Distribution Partners, Annual Enrollment Period, Sales Leader Summit, Gold Circle and Field Advisory Council. All these different events set the tone for the next selling year and bring together colleagues to be the best sellers they can be.
ROLE: As the lead designer on these projects I spent time with my creative writer concepting mood boards to start the process of design to execute multiple concepts over the years, some events being in person requiring physical items such as lanyards, room design, as well as the 2020 year where all events were virtual making items such as CVENT Graphics, Surveys, Presentation Templates. And of course, no event would be a success without a little something for the attendees. Each event I designed a gift box and brought forth gifts for attendees to receive.
